Parent authorization *

I hereby grant permission to Iwanai Onward to transport my child off camp property for various purposes, including outdoor activities, transportation, and medical care. I acknowledge that the list of scheduled activities and events may be subject to change or cancellation due to weather conditions, Covid-19, scheduling conflicts, or any other unforeseen circumstances without prior notice. I authorize the staff of Iwanai Onward to act as agents of the parents in case of emergency or to administer basic first aid for the health and welfare of the participant involved. As the guardian of the child, I accept responsibility for any expenses incurred if the services of a physician or hospital are required. I grant Iwanai Onward permission to photograph and/or videotape my child for public relations and/or marketing purposes. I understand that if a camp participant shows symptoms of Covid-19, they will be asked to self-isolate and may miss out on activities until symptoms improve or they test negative. Iwanai Onward Booking Policy: Full payment of tuition is required to secure participation. Cancellations made 21 days before the event are eligible for a 100% refund, cancellations made 14 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund, and any cancellations made less than 14 days prior will not receive a refund. However, bookings may be transferred to another client, subject to availability. All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable processing fee. In the event of a reservation cancellation due to complications related to Covid-19, a full refund minus credit card fees will be provided, provided that proof is provided. We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance to cover cancellations due to injury or any other unforeseen circumstances. All terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Iwanai Onward in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
