Join us this season to lead backcountry tours and operate snowcats in the stunning mountains of Iwanai.
Ideal candidates will have:
Relevant guiding certifications
Experience operating heavy machinery or diesel-powered vehicles
A strong work ethic and leadership skills
A positive attitude and a passion for the outdoors
A deep respect for Japanese work culture and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
Bonus Points For:
Holding a working holiday visa
Certified ski or snowboard instructors
Previous experience in guest-facing roles
Visa sponsorship may be available for outstanding candidates.
