WE'RE HIRING: SNOW CAT GUIDE / DRIVER & DIESEL MECHANIC
We're looking for exceptional individuals to join our team for the upcoming winter season, guiding backcountry tours and operating our Snow CATs in the stunning mountains of Iwanai.
Ideal candidates will have:
Relevant guiding certifications
Experience operating heavy machinery or diesel-powered vehicles
A strong work ethic and leadership skills
A positive attitude and a passion for the outdoors
A deep respect for Japanese work culture and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
Bonus Points For:
Holding a working holiday visa
Certified ski or snowboard instructors
Previous experience in guest-facing roles
Visa sponsorship may be available for outstanding candidates.
