We recommend that all participants obtain trip cancellation insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances such as injuries, transportation issues, or unexpected illness.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for snowcat tours affected by weather-related conditions, such as extreme avalanche risks or torrential rain.

All rates and refunds are calculated and processed in Japanese Yen.

Our refunds do not cover losses resulting from currency exchange fluctuations or fees imposed by banks or credit card companies.

Reservations are confirmed only upon full payment and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

While we strive to deliver the best skiing experience daily, we cannot guarantee untracked powder snow. Choosing to opt out of a CAT tour due to unsatisfactory conditions will not result in a refund.

All participants must read and sign our liability waiver before joining the tour. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund.

Minors under 18 years of age require a parent or legal guardian to sign their release of liability and accompany them on the tour.

All participants must wear a helmet while engaging in downhill activities.

Late arrivals to the tour may miss the morning session, disrupting the schedule for others. However, you are welcome to join the tour after lunch.

When booking a private CAT, we will accept payment from one person only.

Participants requiring pick-up from Niseko must confirm accommodation details and guest numbers at least one week in advance.
Failure to do so will void the transfer, and it will be non-refundable. If participants are not ready at the designated pick-up time, they may be left behind and will need to arrange their own transportation to the activity.

Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the named recipient. They are valid for one year from the issue date.
